Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) is a non-denominational, Protestant seminary dedicated to training leaders in the evangelical church (especially its Presbyterian and Reformed branches) to be pastors, missionaries, educators, and Christian counselors. It maintains a belief in the inerrancy of the Bible and generally follows Reformed tradition, including Covenant Theology. It offers the following academic degrees:
RTS has campuses in Jackson, Mississippi, Orlando, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, Washington, DC, and Boca Raton, Florida. As of 2005, the Atlanta, DC, and Boca campuses are satellite institutions under the academic dean in Orlando and offer the MAR but not the M.Div degree. Current and past faculty members include Harold O. J. Brown, Steve Brown, Steven L. Childers, John Currid, J. Ligon Duncan III, Sinclair Ferguson, John Frame, Mark Futato, Chuck Hill, James B. Hurley, Frank James, Douglas Kelly, Reggie Kidd, Simon J. Kistemaker, Roger Nicole, Charles S. MacKenzie, John Oliver, Richard L. Pratt, Jr., R. C. Sproul, Derek Thomas, and Bruce Waltke.
