Psalm 103 (Psalm 102 in the Septuagint numbering) is a Hebrew poem recorded as having been written by King David. We do not know when exactly. J.A. Motyer of Trinity College, Bristol describes it thus:

"The blend of changeless fatherly care and endless sovereign rule (by God) is the distinctive stress of this Psalm."

The Psalm refers to Moses and uses a variety of imagery, perhaps most memorably in verse 12

New Revised Standard Version (Anglicized edition)
