Ministries of His Glory is a large-scale Christian organization that encompasses more than 90 churches in Central America. It is based out of the Cathedral of His Glory in Greensboro, North Carolina and the Cathedral of His Glory in Managua, Nicaragua. The Ministries of His Glory churches are non-denominational but are informally known to be of a Charismatic nature. Charismatic is an umbrella term used to describe those Christians who believe that the manifestations of the Holy Spirit seen in the first century Christian Church, such as Glossolalia, healing and miracles, are available to contemporary Christians and ought to be experienced and practiced today. The Ministries of His Glory churches, including the church in North Carolina, follow the G12 Vision. Through the church members and the rest of the international partners, Ministries of His Glory now feeds more than 2000 children in Central America through their program Save-A-Generation.

History

Believing that

many people would perish without knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, Ron and Donna Coffer sought to establish the most enduring witness to Christ that a town can have - a local church. Starting with a church in San Miguel, Escobar, a town outside of Antigua, Guatemala. Ministries of His Glory is now working in over ninety different areas throughout Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and in Medellin, Colombia, South America.

Beliefs

The Churches are Charismatic with contemporary worship services followed by a message from the pastor. They believe in the physical manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in today's era. They also believe in God's ultimate goodness and that he sent his son Jesus as the supreme sacrifice to make up for man's sin and imperfection. Jesus is the only way to the sanctification of the person's spirit.
